Thetford Town Council have three rooms for hire. 

These are available for dances, meetings, wedding receptions & parties, sales & market research etc.

Parking is available on the Market Place and also at car parks at Cage Lane and School Lane. 

All parking in Thetford is free of charge.

CARNEGIE ROOM

The Carnegie Room is situated on Cage Lane. It has a stage area, dressing room, main hall, full kitchen facilities and bar. Hirers are able to chose their own bar for their events. 

The Carnegie Room will hold a closely seated audience of 350 people maximum. For dances including seating at tables it will hold approximately 200 in the main hall and 100 on the balcony.

THE GUILDHALL

The Guildhall is situated on the Market Square, Guildhall Street, Thetford and therefore is an ideal location for sales and market research. Within The Guildhall are two rooms available for hire, these being The Large Court and The Small Court and full kitchen facilities are available also.

The Large Court will hold 180 people for a closely seated audience and approximately 80 people for a dance combining seating at tables.

The Small Court

The Small Court will hold 70 people as a closely seated audience and approximately 40 people for a dance combining seating with tables.
